Got a voucher?

You can input your code when you go to buy the tickets below. This step will appear once you have inserted the names of your guests. If you have multiple voucher codes, please call the office on 0117 927 6868 to book.

Booking your ticket

Please select your preferred date and time. Once you have booked and your payment has gone through, you will receive a booking confirmation via email almost immediately. You don't need to bring this with you – we generate a passenger list so you just need to state your name on arrival.

If you haven't received your booking confirmation email, please check your junk/spam email folder first. Get in touch with us if you still don't see it – email the office at info@matthew.co.uk

Planning your visit

Please arrive around 15 minutes before your trip start time to allow for boarding. The ship leaves promptly – we cannot wait for latecomers. Bearing in mind we are in central Bristol, you will need to allow plenty of time for your journey, and to find suitable parking if you are driving.

We cannot give refunds or swap your tickets onto another trip if you arrive late and miss your sailing.

Click here for more information about the ship and facilities, how to get here, plus details on the COVID-19 procedures we have in place to keep you and our volunteer crew safe.

Please note: We do not offer a commentary or talk during our harbour trips. Instead, you are invited to ask our knowledgeable and friendly volunteer crew questions and they'll be very happy to answer as best they can. There are also information sheets that you can look at while on board. If you would like to attend a trip with a short talk included, then check out our Fish and Chips trip or our Avon Gorge cruise instead.

If you can't see tickets for the trip you'd like to go on, please check our full timetable or contact the office at info@matthew.co.uk to check availability. If online booking has closed, you may still be able to pay by cash on the ship on the day – first come, first served. Please arrive at the ship at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby? If you are able to carry your baby, they would qualify as 'babe in arms' ( (i.e. a very young child or a baby who is not yet able to walk or crawl, and so must be carried in someone’s arms) and you don't need to buy a ticket for them.

Check out our FAQ page for more information on what to expect.
