Booking fees:

  • All tickets are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 4% + VAT. This is set and collected by our ticketing partner.

Concessions:

  • Concession tickets are available for all standard trips and are valid for seniors (age 65+), disabled people, and PAs/carers. A standard trip is a Fish & Chips Trip, a Harbour Trip, or an Avon Gorge Cruise.

  • Concession tickets are not available for Special Event trips. A Special Event trip is any trip that includes entertainment, or a Cream Tea Cruise, or any other non-standard trip listed on The Matthew website as a Special Event.


Family tickets:

  • Family tickets are available for all standard trips on The Matthew. A standard trip is a Fish & Chips Trip, a Harbour Trip, and an Avon Gorge Cruise.
    1) Family of 3 = 1 x adult /conc + 2 children
    2) Family of 4 = 2 x adult/conc + 2 children
    3) Family of 5 = 2 x adult/conc + 3 children

  • Family tickets are not available for any Special Event trips. A Special Event trip is any trip that includes entertainment, or a Cream Tea Cruise, or any other non-standard trip listed on The Matthew website as a Special Event.


Trips with food:

  • The ticket price for all Fish & Chips Trips and Cream Tea Cruises includes food, except where stated.

  • There are two Infant tickets available – one includes food, and one does not include food. Please select the correct ticket for your requirements when booking.

  • Fish & Chips Trips: All options are gluten-free. Meal options must be selected at the time of booking.

  • Cream Tea Cruises: Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan cream teas are available by arrangement. However, we cannot guarantee that a gluten-free cream tea will be 100% gluten-free, so this option may not be suitable for severe Coeliac sufferers.

Cream Tea Cruise:

  • Adult/Child ticket price includes a trip + food.

  • There are two Infant tickets to choose from – one includes food, and one does not include food. Please select the correct ticket for your requirements when booking.

  • Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan cream teas are available by arrangement. However, we cannot guarantee that a gluten-free cream tea will be 100% gluten-free, so this option may not be suitable for severe Coeliac sufferers.
